Their nasi lemak is one of their signature item which you should not miss. Perfect stop to enjoy the truly local delight. RM12.90
Really awesome Nasi Lemak tucked near the famous petaling street. The fried chicken is really good, the rice is fluffy and full of that coconut flavour you would expect, but the star of the show is the sambal that binds everything perfectly together!

Rolled chee cheong fun with sweet sauce, and chilli by the side. It’s now RM5.80 @alimuthuandahhock . Some people prefer to un-roll it, and some prefer to just eat it like that. :)

Located along Jalan Balai Police, Chinatown. This modern coffee shop with some retro furnishing is a good place to chill under the humid weather especially it is air conditioned and you’re able to savour some mouthwatering local dishes. One should not missed out their signature Nasi Lemak Ayam. That plate of coconut rice was fragrantly cook and I truly enjoyed every bits of it. Paired it with tender crispy fried chicken, Ayam Goreng tempeh, anchovies, boiled egg and a decent amount of sambal. I’m so contented and this place deserved their title as Best Malay restaurant in this year’s TOKL Food and Beverage award. RM12.90 per serving.
I’ve finally paid a visit to this famous cafe... and get to try their signature dish. Well, my vote still goes to Village Park Nasi Lemak with the extra OHM sambal and not-overly-fried chicken. .

It is a kopitiam place that serve local foods but with slightly higher price compare with those local stalls. Their roti bakar set (RM5.50) comes with 2 half boiled eggs and 2 pieces of toasted bread. They also serve only half boiled eggs (RM2.75) which is not that worth compare with their roti bakar set. Their bee hun goreng (RM9.90) was slightly wet to me, but the portion is quite generous. Cham ice (RM3.85) is just nice, a good cuppa during a hot day.
