The only time I'm okay with having black teeth 😬. Every component here was so well executed. The rich umami risotto, that reeked so strongly of the sea, it was indulgently comforting to have. The prawns were de-shelled, cleaned and cooked to perfection, with a slight crisp on the outside and maintaining its bouncy firm flesh. Break the wobbly precious yolk for an added creaminess to the risotto and you're all set. I'm definitely coming back for this!
Since it was done in Sous Vide style, the meat will be served in medium cooked. Love how the thick and coarse ground black pepper elevated the texture of the meat, though the red wine sauce was insignificant.
Enjoyed this meal with one of my dear friend, whom we already know for 13 years! Sometimes, it is really not about the number of times that you have met with each other; because the genuine friendship stays and you care about each other's life.
An amazing and refreshing take on a common brunch item- Smoke Salmon Benedict. Crispy hash browns layered with generous amounts of avocado, smoked salmon, hollandaise sauce and topped with a perfectly-done poached egg. This is available only on Sundays!

So glad I didn't write this place off completely after an average-tasting brunch the other day - this risotto ($28++) was pretty awesome. Perfectly cooked, topped with poached egg, making the risotto even creamier, and prawns were succulent, sundried tomatoes were sweet. No idea what went into the tasty stock but it actually tasted like lobster bisque. G who doesn't eat anything that looks strange to him (in this case, squid-ink stuff) actually enjoyed this.
