AJ Delights (Fusionopolis)

Finally tried their muffin after seeing reviews everywhere and queuing for a while before covid. I felt that it's not bad as it's quite crispy and crunchy texture. It's quite sweet and nutty aftertaste.

Guess what I found when I was at Fusionopolis? AJ Delights! AJ Delights is a well-known muffin stall in Alexandra Village Hawker Centre. It has another outlet in Fusionopolis. So accessible. Just above the MRT station. Besides the well-known muffins, the outlet also offers freshly made juices, detox/ slimming drinks, and smoothies.

Ordered these muffins :
Biscoff Pillow (S$4.90)
Got Biscoff filling at the bottom. Love the crumbling top.

Ondeh Ondeh (S$3.85)
Very fragrant with moist coconut filling in the centre.

Cookie & Cream (S$3.30)
This was little woman’s favourite as it has chunks of the cookie on top.

Salted Caramel Macadamia (S$3.85)

Raspberry Streusel (S$3.85)
Quite tart in taste.

Celery, cucumber, green apple, ginger, lemon
Surprisingly it’s sweet and easy to drink. One could feel the heat of the ginger in the aftertaste.

Dragonfruit Smoothie (S$6.20)
Banana, dragonfruit, yogurt soft
Very thick and creamy.

The outlet also offers mini muffin at S$1.75 per piece that one could easily pop them in a mouthful. Complimentary box with minimum 12 pieces. For regular size muffins, complimentary box for minimum 4 pieces.

First tried AJ Delights’ muffins from their og store in Alexandra Village Food Centre a long while back, and now they have a brand new store in Fusionopolis at one-north!

Got ourselves a promo box of 6 mixed flavours (I think they do this nearer to the end of the day & it’s pretty heavily discounted ✨) and just like we remember, they are done fluffy soft and moist! Some flavours are definitely a little more sweet than others, but go for their streusel muffin series for that extra crumble topping for more crunch. Highly recommend to dig into them after warming it up in the oven.

Something else different here at their new store is an additional offering of healthy fresh juices and smoothies.

Moist, Rich Chocolate Muffin with Hazelnut paste

Muffins at AJ's always have standard. Always freshly baked and smells so good.

Texture is soft and moist and the "paste" within is so decadent.
