Unlike the fried rice, this wasnt piping hot. We opted for no corriander. The bun was soft and fluffy. The pickled vegetable could be chopped smaller. The meat was tender and fatty. A fancy version of kung ba bao.
The fried rice is very flavourful. There are bits of scallop and sakura ebi. If u want a basic fried rice, would toally recommend this.
The fried rice tasted like the wok hey one but with a lot more egg. A lot of chunky bits of crab meat so u can taste the sweetness of the crab meat. Overall, a good plate of fried rice.
My favourite of the night! I love chilli dumplings and I love knife cut noodles, and Abundance did this so right. The sauce was so good - a nice punch of vinegar to make it appetising, a light umami flavour to give the noodles the required savouriness, and a good amount of chilli oil to give the noodles the smoothness it needs and that spicy punch. Iβm not sure if their noodles are handmade, but the texture was somehow really well done. A nice bounce with every bite. The pork and shrimp dumplings were delightful as well. Evidently huge from the photo, and stuffed with a generous portion of filling. Though it couldβve been juicier, having a bite of the dumpling together with the noodles is satisfying enough for me. Highly recommend this dish if you loved red hot chilli dumpling noodles! Donβt think youβll be disappointed.

Prawn paste and minced greens on toast. Really liked this, especially the prawn paste flavour which reminds me of har jeong kai. The meat have a nice chewy texture to the toast, and the mayo by the side really have a nice creaminess to every bite. Highly recommend getting this appetiser to share!

Braised pork belly with pickles, cilantro, and roasted peanuts. Loved the pork belly, rich with a good balance of lean meat and fat. But what I enjoyed the most was the very appetising pickles that complemented the rich flavours of the bao.
