Fish, tempura, pork and Shabu shabu, more than enough to share amongst 3 pax 😋 At the back is the “best of both worlds”, where the omelette rice is drenched in tomato and curry sauce.

The mocha was flavourful but not too sweet, perfect for me 😋 I also really like the vibes here with its slow music, warm light and red brick wallls. A tick off my food bucket list!

Valrhona 70% dark chocolate mousse with fieulletine base, very photogenic cake but doesn’t compromise on the taste. The chocolate was very rich, recommend for sharing. They have a March promotion special with hot drink and any slice cake for $8.30!

6 pieces for $4, very tasty and slightly sweet broth 😋 I’m always on the lookout for cheaper dingtaifung alternatives and I think this makes a great option. Other than this place there’s a few good ones at Chinatown too!

I really love trying Indian food on mealpal because they are always generous with their portions and always so hearty and filling. Tried Indian House and their set was the same if not better! Everything was served hot and the naan was really chewy and tasty even by itself. Unfortunately you don’t get to pick up your food immediately because they want to serve it piping hot so it takes a while to prepare your lunch set.

So I got this from mealpal but you have the option of dining in! You get the usual side dishes, fragrant basmati rice, fried chicken drumstick and also a bowl of lotus root soup!

So.. I’m back on mealpal again! Because of all the addictive food choices. This is also my 4/5th time back to Manichi Bistro because I love the al dente ramen and generous portions here. The softbone was a bit tough (ironically) but the noodles and croquette never disappoints! An affordable place even without mealpal

A hot bowl of tasty and heartwarming noodles served with delicious broth, fresh prawns and tender pork ribs. I liked it although it’s on the pricier side because of its central location in Boat Quay

My last mealpal :( but this was really good! Look at the generous servings of crab meat 😋 the pasta was a bit harder than usual but the meat and accompanying sauce made up for it. Mushroom soup was great too! This set comes with a bottle of mineral water.

Traveled far and wide from my office at MBFC to suntec for this burger. It was juicy, not mind blowing and tasted like something you can get from Carl’s Junioe at a cheaper price? They make your orders on the spot so I had to wait like everyone else

I love this!! A sinful yet delicious combination of garlic poppers, pepperoni pizza and cream pizza, such an innovative idea to satisfy all cravings at once. Plus it tastes good too! Comes with a coke which I don’t drink unfortunately

My comfort food and that is the French toast with kaya - made on the spot and always served warm with yakun’s signature kaya spread. Always my to-go when I want something affordable to satisfy my sweet tooth
