The crab meat chunks were huge and tender, generously blanketing the sheets of carbs. With a al dente squid ink pasta that held on to the right amount of creamy tomato base, I wish I ordered one for myself instead of sharing π¦π¦

How Long will you wait for ~~ true love ~~ ?For me, itβs 45 minutes for the π½πππ πππ‘π‘ππ£ππ©π€π£ (~$80). And heβs absolutely worth the wait.

A huge cut of tender, red and juicy medium rare steak was wrapped once with mushroom duxelles, then again with a flakey puff pastry. The contrast and seemingly complex marriage of all three components turned out absolutely stunning. Salty, buttery and creamy, take my $80.π₯§π₯©

Layers of red velvet were slightly dry on the inside, and the cream cheese was kinda lacking. It really relied heavily on the chocolate raspberry top and the vanilla ice cream to pull this together π°

Not a coffee expert, but this smooth vanilla coffee had enough coffee to balance out the milk β a βjust rightβ feeling. Subtle nutty undertones were spotted in this iced white before ending with a mild milk chocolate finish. βοΈ

Most places usually have their lime/ lemon tarts too tangy or too creamy, ruining the experience for either TeamSour or TeamSweet. Not here though, bc this is TRULY the perfect balance.π§

A huge mishmash of Imperial Wagyu, Veal and Italian Sausage, this salty melt in your mouth meat mess was nullified by the creamier freshly whipped ricotta. You need to share this though, it can get too muchπ₯©
