So reluctant to share this but this is so good, such that I've been put on the waiting list twice, each time for a month.

It's a home based business on IG! Somewhere around TiongBahru, it's very inconvenient for me to go there btw, but still, very worthed the trip.

Classic Garlic - $5
Umami Mushroom - $5
Mentaiko - $6

I tried all 3 flavors and this here is the Mentaiko.

The generous mentaiko sauce spread in-between the brioche bun, not only that, plus that blob of mentaiko at the top. Every bite is covered with sauce, it's so good that I don't mind waiting a month for it 🀀

Check out their business on IG πŸ€—

I waited a long time for the craze to die down before forgetting entirely about this place.

Can understand what the craze was all about when I tried it, the ingredients are so special, I think it was fish sausage (?) It was a little sweet! Order the large bowl because it has abit of all the ingredients. The regular bowl only has the basics stuff is quite ordinary. The fried pork ($7) is marinated with their usual Thai garlic marinade, it is really authentic and so very flavorful 🀀

Generous with the seafood especially with the crabmeat (which I really appreciate!). The dish is on the salty side, especially the Shellfishes. Probably added a tad too much salt.

Over-hyped. I saw many many good reviews about this. Don't want to be mean but don't think there was anything special. It was a regular Rosti with regular Bratwurst. Maybe their Breakfast Rosti would be better

Taro coconut mousse, mango compote, mango jelly, vanilla sponge, sable tart, mint.

Disappointed as I have high hopes for anything-blanc. The taro flavor is wayyyy too weak to be called a blanc when it was supposedly a puree. the "blanc" was sort of like a one layer taro mousse. So I guess you're paying for a vanilla sponge and mango compote when you order this πŸ˜ͺ

1 portion of red bone toolang consists of 3 pcs, additional pcs at $6.50 each. According to my dad who enjoys such dishes, it's not your usual toolang, but it's sauce (possibly something like a beef stew) is amazing! As for me, sucking up the marrow from the toolang was too gamey for me. Think I'll stick with the meat at the bone and bread with its gravy next time. The dish comes with few sticks of breadπŸ₯–πŸ₯–πŸ₯– for you to dip it into the gravy.

Sort of a rectangular pizza, with a good amount of salmon. Second time at eleven strands and I really love this place!

I ordered the 8 colours set ($98) that comes with a free stew and used 2x 1-for-1. I redeemed 2 korean grilled squid ($22), Army Stew ($24) and a kimcheese fried rice ($20).

The grilled squid was grilled to perfection 😍 and it's $11 only for a well marinated squid i'll say its very worthed it. The army stew though... the soup was basically diluted kimchi soup with very little dish in it. I had much better army stew at Seoul Garden hotpot previously.

Overall, the service was very good but the food was mediocre. The price is good for big groups at $178 but i wont be back without Burpple :/

Add (+$4) for the roast beef set. To get the burrple deal you have to add on a drink which is not included in the meal. 2 sets of these plus the can drinks makes $33 for 2 pax. Huge portion and slightly above average Jap food. Would be back but only with Burpple

The chocolate is of premium quality. Really dark and not too sweet. I made a mistake of getting 88% dark chocolate with passion fruit and basil ice cream. Big mistake πŸ₯΄. The acidity from the passion fruit does not go well with the dark chocolate but nevertheless, still a wonderful experience

My friends loved the dish 😊 but I felt that the taste of spinach was overpowering/bland compared to the dish. On top of that, it is possible that this dish is under cooked since there's not toasty cheese and the sides of the pide is pale in colour. Still, a very interesting experience ☺️

We added a scoop of their chocolate ice-cream for extra ($+4). Crispy waffle with a sides of caramelised apple... Or peach. Either way, very good ice cream but note that the heat from the caramelised fruits will melt the ice cream! 🍨🍧🍦πŸ₯Ί
