The bar opens at 4pm, so make sure you're there by then to snag a table or you'll find yourself waiting for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
P.S.- order the basket of wedges, curly fries and pita chips; the breadsticks are insanely delish!

Main: The Classic Lasagna, Croque Madame. For dessert: bread & butter pudding, Creme Brûlée.

Smooth paste of cocoa blended with finely ground nuts. Nutty and smooth praline melt in the mouth kind. Made extra special with the golden foils on top.

Not quite breakfast, not quite lunch, not quite teatime: it's the best of three worlds with scrambled eggs doused in onion-and-bacon cream sauce and served on a fluffy waffle. If you think the waffles here have a bread-like taste, that's because the batter is raised with yeast.

Dubbed as the "sweet assassin", "Patissier of Pain", and "the Dark Lord of the Pastry Kitchen", finally got to taste them - chewy, not too sweet, delicate. (Pardon, we were very noisy cutting them. Keep volume down.)

$30 per pax for a tiered set of sweets and savouries and scones is a steal when you've got a marvelous 360 degree view of Singapore to go with it. The food, right down to the fruit jellies, was absolutely delicious too.
