Probably the best high tea set I've had in a long while, with meticulous care and thought put into each and every one of the 15 sweets and savouries that the set entails.

The savouries here definitely trump the sweets, my favourite being the Prime Beef Yorkshire Roll Up. 😋

$30 per pax for a tiered set of sweets and savouries and scones is a steal when you've got a marvelous 360 degree view of Singapore to go with it. The food, right down to the fruit jellies, was absolutely delicious too.

Second tier of the Erawan Afternoon Tea Set: Coconut Wafer Rolls, Thai Crispy Pancakes, Sweet Bean Paste, Thai Coconut Pudding, Agar and Coconut Jelly.
Never knew so much work went into creating these delicate little Thai sweets - the fruit-shaped bean paste dumplings are hand-painted with food dyes!

Erawan Afternoon Tea Set too tier: Sticky Rice with Mango and Fruit Skewers. My favourite part of the set! Love that the rice isn't too hard, and it's got just the right amount of coconut milk to enrich the freshness of the fruit.

Beef Bolognese. Another perk of the Saturday Afternoon Tea deal is the cooked-to-order pasta station, which offers a different pasta dish every week. This was absolute perfection, with al dente rigatoni in a rich, robust beef bolognese sauce.

Afternoon Tea. The three-tier set comes with five savouries, four sweets, and two scones - there's great variety and no two items are alike. Loved everything, but a standout was the mini creme brûlée with its silky, eggy vanilla bean custard resting beneath a thin, crisp shard of torched sugar.
