7Adam is a one-of-a-kind dining concept, celebrating food and art. Expect European dishes with Asian influences in a space perfect for a romantic date night. Their grain-fed angus beef tenderloin is perfectly done, a must-try for meat lovers.
This is one place that is away from any bustling (because it is the only restaurant in that area). Nestled in a colonial black-white house, the restaurant is semi-fine dinning. The interior is clean and white, with splashes of colours here and there, and beautiful paintings hanging. Their salmon trout, pan-seared to perfection. Although the skin is slightly salty to my liking. The sauce goes really well with the salmon. And the vegetables are well seasoned and cooked. || Price: S$24 #EatBurpLove
Pan-seated to perfection, with well balanced and seasoned scallops. And to topped off with my favorite tobiko. LOVE IT. || Price: S$16
Cooked to perfection of medium rare. Amazing presentation and glorious smell, with a hint of truffle. || Price: S$38
Refreshing and very light. Nicely plated || Price: S$14
The only dessert on the brunch menu that I found worth ordering is this sweet, dense, toasted plank of a cake, contrasted with an acidic topping of strawberry, blueberry and basil compote.
