4Fingers Crispy Chicken (Causeway Point)

Opened to much hype and with long queues stretching out of the store every time I pass by is Four Fingers Crispy Chicken at Causeway Point that replaces the space previously occupied by Long John Silvers. Wanted to like this but it was really a far cry from what I previously had years ago when they opened at Plaza Singapura — no doubt the fried mantou was sweet and crisp, but the chicken was kinda uninspiring and rather bland to say the least. Opted for the seaweed fries; decently crisp and fluffy fries but thought the seasoning bring out the seaweed flavour quite enough.

We had the 12pcs Wingettes & Drumettes Combo ($22.45, comes with 2 fries + 2 drinks). You can choose either all Tom Yum or mix with Soy Garlic or Hot Sauce.

The combination of popping candy and tom yum might sound odd, but trust me, the taste grows on you after few bites. Tangy, spicy, savoury and sweet, the Tom Yum Pop Crispy Chicken is indeed a delightful explosion of flavours!
