My mum swears by this satay stall for its peanut sauce that comes with a huge dollop of pineapple šŸ puree.

However, if you are looking for grilled-to-order satay then you may be disappointed that the satay is pre-grilled and served almost immediately, upon order.

Overall, the skewered meat is nicely charred but a tad dry though.

Always eat these satays everytime I visit the hawker centrešŸ˜‚

Pretty good satay! Dad requested specifically for this stall. Meat was tender and well marinated, had a nice smoky char too. I donā€™t really eat satay so Iā€™m not in the best position to comment but the long queue for this on a sat early evening should be a testament to how delicious it is. Peanut sauce has a tiny spice kick, good for people like me who canā€™t rly take spicy food. The sauce comes with pineapple bits too! Iā€™m not rly a sauce person so while the sauce is pretty decent, I ate the ketupat with sauce but the satay on its own :p

I am an avid fan of satay but this pork satay captured my taste buds. The pork is a perfect mix of lean and fats and marinated well thus was very tender and tasty. At $0.60 per stick, this is worth the money and calories.

4 munchies: Succulent pieces of well-marinated pork, grilled and skewered with juicy chunks of lard. I also love the mildly spicy peanut sauce with a spoonful of pineapple puree for a balance of sweetness and acidity.

Wondered what happened to today's satay. The previous time it was all good; tender and well-marinated. Today it's kinda dry, and the marinade seemed a tad inconsistent. Even the fatty meat chunks are on and off for every stick. Is it a one-off or a drop in standards?
