Giant Xiao Long Bao! $4.80 per piece, Min order 2 pieces. Bear in mind there is no stuffing / meat in this dumpling. Flavourful subtle soup and the trembling dumpling is very boomerangable but I probably wouldn’t order it again. Fun experience to suck the hot soup through the straw though!

I'm sure I can't be the only person who has dug into a bowl of slippery wantons in hot and spicy sauce, a classic dish at several Chinese restaurants, and wondered why don't they serve it with noodles. Well, this was the first time I came across my thought fleshed out into reality.
Served with a small bowl of soup, the hefty portion of "la mian", "chye sim" and five large, juicy dumplings is sure to placate most growling bellies. I only wish there was more of the spicy, black vinegar-laced sauce to drown the noodles and wantons in.

Okay calling this Chicken Noodle Soup because I forgot it's English name. I first fell in love with this dish because of its super super rich chicken broth. The components of this dish are chopped up into little dices, which adds to the comfort factor as well. This hidden gem is priced at $9

For Ma-la fans, I recommend to try this bowl of Beef Brisket Noodles in Chilli Oil. The soup was literally an explosion of spices- the fragrance of Chilli oil, smell of 麻豆... I considered this to be 中辣 ( of medium spiciness), but my friend thought it was only 小辣 (of small spiciness). The noodles were firm yet tender, signs that it's not overcooked nor undercooked. Beef briskets were simply oozing with goodness. $9 for a whole bowl of adventure and I think it's damn worth every cent of my money. (This store is located in the new wing of Marina Square, right beside Manhattan Fish Market)

Some uncommon dishes on the menu, and the noodles are pulled by hand in the glass walled kitchen!
