Chinese Food
One of my favourite places for food yong tau foo, remember to request for fried pieces to be separated from the rest.
Har Cheong Gai means prawn paste batter fried chicken. This set was $6 for public, $5.50 for students (my friend got me the discount - it’s always good to have uni friends!). I got the achar, ikan bilis and long bean. Order was quick and food was filling though chicken pretty average. Will try the other menu items when I’m in the area.
Giant Xiao Long Bao! $4.80 per piece, Min order 2 pieces. Bear in mind there is no stuffing / meat in this dumpling. Flavourful subtle soup and the trembling dumpling is very boomerangable but I probably wouldn’t order it again. Fun experience to suck the hot soup through the straw though!
