Beancurd was nice and tender and still holds its shape after stir frying, quite a mild dish, the problem is again that theres too little pork

The tofu was unique, almost half gooey inside, with a Onion and shrimp sauce. It's alright but it wasnt Nearly savoury enough to go with the gooey tofu

This was absolutely delicious. Pig ears in a flavourful chili oil that went well w the mountain of cilantro. It's hard to describe whats so good about each unique chili oil, but this one clearly works well, better than most.

Dear god this was delicious. The sauce is slightly spicy and rather numbing, but it comes with an extraordinary amount of umami and well balanced spices. Frog legs and backbone were tender and flavours permeated.

Plain Noodles are recommended w this, it soaks up the immensely flavourful Broth and turns into a vessel for umami.

Lets just say the price Tag is well justified. This is a must try, even if its not Hunan at all

Pork slices were not crispy, and were not generous enough. The chili is again rather spicy, the white Fungus is quite unique. Overall it's a barely passable rendition, doesnt capture the restaurant standard of this dish.
