Dear god this was delicious. The sauce is slightly spicy and rather numbing, but it comes with an extraordinary amount of umami and well balanced spices. Frog legs and backbone were tender and flavours permeated.

Plain Noodles are recommended w this, it soaks up the immensely flavourful Broth and turns into a vessel for umami.

Lets just say the price Tag is well justified. This is a must try, even if its not Hunan at all
