[CLOSED] Watami (Raffles City)

Okonomiyaki craving finally satisfied! (after so many weeks of planning and all that talk about it!) 😘😍😋 We overdid it a little and ordered quite a lot of food for the three of us... happy to finally get to dig in to this, but somehow still didn't hit the spot (not enough cabbage in our serving). So our hunt for good Okonomiyaki continues...

This is the 1st of the 4 IGNITE YOUR PALATE Food Demo at Raffles City where readers of @DanielFoodDiary to make their own sushi! You all were fantastic. I had fun.

Lessons learnt
- The more we do, the better we get. - Keep hands (gloves) slightly wet so that the rice do not stick on - A sharp knife is needed for neater looking maki - Resist putting too much rice. 18-20 grams for each sushi will be great
