This is the 1st of the 4 IGNITE YOUR PALATE Food Demo at Raffles City where readers of @DanielFoodDiary to make their own sushi! You all were fantastic. I had fun.

Lessons learnt
- The more we do, the better we get. - Keep hands (gloves) slightly wet so that the rice do not stick on - A sharp knife is needed for neater looking maki - Resist putting too much rice. 18-20 grams for each sushi will be great
