The Red Velvet signature parfait ($6.80) is built using a froyo base and stacked with red velvet cake, cookie bits and almonds. The main lead of this cup, the froyo, is thick and creamy while not being too sour. However, there is definitely room for improvement in the red velvet cake as it can get slightly dull at the end when you have run out of yogurt. Maybe adding in some fruits into the mix might help?
