Opened in November 2007 by wife-husband team of Wong Peck Lin and David Yim, this brand is renowned for its bold gourmet flavours, particularly their alchohol infused ice cream.

Having expanded into Southeast Asia, the brand boasts around 100 flavours of ice cream in its catalogue, with around 30 flavours on offer daily.

The Rum Rum Raisin, in a cup, has juicy black raisins soaked in rum, then mixed into a creamy smooth, rum-infused ice cream. At 3.9% alcohol level, this has a punchy boozy fruity spice sweet floral flavour.

The Baileys & Bourbon and Emperor Mao, in a crispy waffle bowl with grainy sweet flavour, is garnished with crunchy honey almond granola which lends nutty grainy sweet flavour.

The former is infused with Baileys Irish Cream and bourbon whisky resulting in a robust boozy milky smoky sweet flavour and creamy smooth texture at 3.3% alcohol level; while the latter has 50% choice mao shan wang durian flesh and 50% durian infused ice cream resulting in a pungent fruity bitter earthy savoury sweet flavour and a chunky sticky soft texture.

- Kueh Salat got strong pandan taste with chewy glutinous rice bits inside.
- Botak Coconut Sherbet got really strong coconut aftertaste tbh and got inside coconut bits.

i feel like udders isn't the same like how it used to be. i rmb when i was younger their stalls used to be the hang out spot but now it's like dead quiet and lol such a huge cone for what

$11.30 for 2 classic scoops and waffle. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft inside, paired perfectly with the ice cream. Earl grey ice cream was packed with strong tea/floral flavour, a must try for all tea lovers! Visit on a rainy day for $1 waffles ✌🏼
