The Rum Rum Raisin, in a cup, has juicy black raisins soaked in rum, then mixed into a creamy smooth, rum-infused ice cream. At 3.9% alcohol level, this has a punchy boozy fruity spice sweet floral flavour.

The Baileys & Bourbon and Emperor Mao, in a crispy waffle bowl with grainy sweet flavour, is garnished with crunchy honey almond granola which lends nutty grainy sweet flavour.

The former is infused with Baileys Irish Cream and bourbon whisky resulting in a robust boozy milky smoky sweet flavour and creamy smooth texture at 3.3% alcohol level; while the latter has 50% choice mao shan wang durian flesh and 50% durian infused ice cream resulting in a pungent fruity bitter earthy savoury sweet flavour and a chunky sticky soft texture.
