Our last meal in Seoul in one word – spectacular. 150g of aged striploin [₩37,000] grilled to perfection so you get a beautiful charred smoky flavor against the juicy, fatty sweetness of the marbled meat, served with a variation of my favorite banchan dishes [kimchi].
