Literally Two Wings

It took me quite a while to get to timbre plus since their opening .

Quite disappointed to find many stalls closed on a Saturday evening and for those that were open , none had desserts 🍨.

I recalled seeing two wings at Alexandra village and thought that we give them a go.

The wings were marinated and fried to perfection.

What intrigued me most was the menu description .
It states - 4 piece set - 9.90

However, upon ordering, I found out that 4 piece refers to 2 chicken wings ( after they are cut up - you get 2 Upper wings and 2 drums ) .

So it’s essentially a 2 piece chicken wing set with a side of chips and a soft drink for 9.90.

Pretty expensive I would say - but then again we went after dinner and wouldn’t have been able to finish a real 4 piece wing set .

The ambience was a little noisy with very very loud singing - not particularly attractive for me though 🤪

Technically I got this salted egg yolk chicken cutlet with rice for $3, coupled with a complimentary drink, at a beach event. Pre-packed, not expecting mad crisp, would say the batter's nicely thick and packed with flavour. Salted egg sauce wasn't gimmicky at all, shiok.
