Totally enjoyed the 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗮 from @twobakerssg. The tantalisingly tangy lime cheesecake was propped on a delicious sable tart and adorned with chantilly cream. It was oh so refreshing.

That said, I didn't know what to make of the slice of dehydrated lemon on top. It hardly added to the dessert aesthetically or taste-wise. Oh, and the 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 was pretty good too.

first time trying two bakers and I have to say that i was really pleasantly surprised! the dish was slightly salty/oily but the rosti was crispy on the outside and the egg was super fluffy! overall damage was $14++ but would definitely come back again.

Cute little Christmas tree cake with roasted pecan inside, with a taste of spice. Standing at the front is a smiling gingerbread cookie to wish you a blessed Christmas

Went on a Saturday morning at about 10am and was glad it wasn’t too crowded. Food came fast and service was very friendly and warm.

Has the rosti with eggs and it was very well done. Eggs were poached to perfection and loved how the sauce went well with the rosti! The portions were generous and our plates were full.

Definitely would go back again!

They look like pebble and stones but are actually sesame matcha and oolong lychee cakes! Flavours went well together, the cakes were light and not too surfeiting. Perfect end to a dinner!

As pretty as it looks, this dish was really good too. The flavours really complemented each other really well. The nutty taste of the black sesame mousse, the buttery taste of the sable tart (like a shortbread) the salty miso caramel cuts through the heavy ness of the other components.

Individual components:
The mousse was light and sesame wasn’t over powering.
The matcha sponge tho, could afford a stronger matcha taste.

Overall a really light but tasty dessert and though it’s on the pricier end, it’s usually the case for desserts like this
