($23) Hokkaido Pork. But my sister felt that it's quite sweet and salty aftertaste for sauce and need to eat with rice. overall she think that not that bad compared to tamago en.

($22) used to tamago en outlet but they replace to another tonkatsu under en group lol. tbh I didn't really like tamago en. I felt that it's best to try their signature dish first before rest of them. I felt that their rosu katsu was not that hard and chewy texture but the outer batter was quite crispy and crunchy. They got free flow cabbage and arugula (marinated radish) but we just ask one top up cabbage only.

Didn't expect the fries to actually be crispy with strong truffle flavours! You could even see the generous amount of truffle paste this was such a good side to have 🤤.

Truly a place worth a visit if you're craving Tonkatsu, but I'll still be on the hunt for the "best" in Singapore! ;)

Pork Fillet Katsu with charcoal black curry. NGL the colour really reminded of Squid ink, but flavourwise an enjoyable one, albeit slightly on the sweeter side as per most Jap curry. You get three Katsu here, and I was actually pleasantly surprised by the tender pork which was actually juicy on my first bite!

Yuzu pork loin topped with Miso sauce set. Each set is served with white rice, cabbage & arugula, pickles, tonjiru (pork miso soup). The miso soup was pretty flavourful and had loads of ingredients within! Enjoyed the crispy batter and miso is generally my thing so I quite enjoyed the sauce. Pork was decently tender, altho there were some parts that were more difficult to bite (prob just certain parts of the pork).

Oh yes there's btw no Yuzu taste at all, Yuzu pork only meant that the pig is fed with Yuzu 🤭.
