Chose the thicker noodles and I liked it!! V qq 😋 but I felt like the chili was wayy too oily and not fragrant enough.

🤔: Soup was almost perfect , only if I had asked for extra chilli! Beef was in thin tender pieces which went really well with the light broth and noodles! (P.S: had a bit of the signature version and it was pretty good too!)

Thin slices of tender beef served with hand pulled noodles in a clear hearty broth. Not too heavy nor oily. Would revisit.

Sauerkraut Beef Noodles (Small $9.9)
Customized with flat noodles + more chilli! The noodles were so soft and Q! Overall was surprisingly good for someone (me) who doesn't really like beef noodles.

🍜Beef noodles (S$8.90) with a side dish braised egg (S$1.50). I choose the triangle handpulled noodles. There are 8 types, from thin to flat noodles.
