Or should I say 拉青 (La Mian)! Got the Spinach Ramen with Grandma Dongpo's Braised Ramen ($8.80), Ramen with Fresh Prawn Wanton ($8.80) and their Xiao Long Bao (6pcs for $6.80)! Got to say, I really wanted to try their Legendary Rainbow Ramen but I preferred other sides. The star of the meal would definitely be the Xiao Long Bao. Go try it out!😍 #masterwang

Service was terrible and mostly everything I ordered was sold out like for eg. Original noodle + Herbal chicken soup, & the waitress ask me to top up $4+ for black herbal chicken soup and no more pumpkin noodle. WTH.. food taste below average honestly, would rather go paradise dynasty or Din Tai fung.

Opted for the original noodles with this one; found the broth to be a little jelak despite its lightness quite quickly. The noodles itself were a little doughy, though still rather smooth and slurpy overall with a bite considering the noodles here are a little thicker than the regular ones used for Chinese La Mian. The prawn wantons were decent; packed with a well-sized prawn, it gives a good bite whilst also carrying a slight hint of the prawn's natural sweetness at the same time.

Patrons can choose between their Original, Pumpkin, Carrot or Spinach Noodles for all their ramen dishes here (or one can simply order all of them in a single bowl by going for the Legendary Rainbow Ramen); went for the spinach noodles for this order.

The noodles here are somewhat thicker than the usual La Mian, while the spinach is probably added just for the colour for it was tasted rather similar with the original (a little doughy, but otherwise rather slurpy) and carried a similar texture as well. The noodles by itself can get a little plain here given it's a dry noodle dish; the braised sauce from the braised pork does help by adding a savoury touch when one mixes the sauce into the noodles. The braised pork was flavourful especially since it's all drenched and simmered in the savoury braised liquid; liked how there was a mix of lean and fatty meat around with the former giving a bite while the latter being all gelatinous; tender and melty.

From The Legendary Ramen Master, a new joint at Northpoint which is the expansion of Master Wang Ramen Chinese Cuisine that first started off at Anson Road. The menu here focuses on Chinese Ramen with a variety of noodle options to choose from. There are also a number of sides, rice dishes and desserts to choose from.

While the Steamed Dumplings carried a good amount of savoury soup in them and that the skin was adequate in terms of thickness, the general lack of meat where it was only lining on the skin inside felt like there was a lack of bite for the dumplings; could also be the very reason behind the rather flaccid aesthetic of the dumplings here.
