Patrons can choose between their Original, Pumpkin, Carrot or Spinach Noodles for all their ramen dishes here (or one can simply order all of them in a single bowl by going for the Legendary Rainbow Ramen); went for the spinach noodles for this order.

The noodles here are somewhat thicker than the usual La Mian, while the spinach is probably added just for the colour for it was tasted rather similar with the original (a little doughy, but otherwise rather slurpy) and carried a similar texture as well. The noodles by itself can get a little plain here given it's a dry noodle dish; the braised sauce from the braised pork does help by adding a savoury touch when one mixes the sauce into the noodles. The braised pork was flavourful especially since it's all drenched and simmered in the savoury braised liquid; liked how there was a mix of lean and fatty meat around with the former giving a bite while the latter being all gelatinous; tender and melty.
