The House Chungdam

When i first entered the restaurant, i was wowed by how beautifully decorated everything was. The high ceiling, careful placement of every detail made me feel so welcome and excited to dine here. The staff is friendly too. I normally dislike bbq because of the smoke but they really amazed me because i really dont stink at all after dining.

Ordered boneless short rib and pork jowl. The entire cooking process was facilitated by staff. Meat was succulent and savory, making it perfect to pair with the lettuce and banchan. The jowl doesnt taste fattening and its crispy. The staff was proactive in helping us refill banchan too.

The House Chungdam delivered a near-perfect Korean BBQ experience that completely changed my mind about the genre. The stunning, high-ceilinged dining room feels elegant yet warm. The ventilation is impressive, as I am left without a trace of smoke on me. The attentive staff handled every detail, from grilling the beautifully marbled boneless short rib and crisp-yet-juicy pork jowl to proactively refilling banchan and lettuce for wrapping. The meat was succulent, deeply flavorful, and perfectly cooked every time, making the whole evening effortless, delicious, and genuinely joyful.

Enjoyed the BBQ at The House Chungdam! We ordered the pork set which comes with soy bean soup, steamed egg and banchan (potato salad was really good that we asked for refill). We also added the cheese potato jeon which was special and yummy! Overall, good service and cozy dining experience!

I was impressed by this KBBQ place. The meat quality stood out, with well-marbled and really tasty cuts. The staff were attentive and quick to refill the side dishes, keeping the meal running smoothly. The atmosphere is very lively and it doesnt have the typcial overly smoky envirionemnt. Overall, it is a solid dining experience with good food and consistent service.

The food here is really great. The meat provided is of high quality. The combination of the meat with the banchan also really brought hut out the best taste of the meat.

We went all in on the beef brisket and outside skirt, and we love. The best part was that the staff cooked everything for us, which made the whole experience super chill and stress-free. The sides were on point too. They have everything you need in a wrap. We also ordered a mini portion of the cold noodles & cheese kimchi jeon to balance the meat. Love the cold noodles x meat combi the best!
