perfect for pairing with alcohol for a chill session! we had tsukune, momo, tebasa & buta shisomaki)
featuring slow-simmered iberico pork belly served with soft boiled egg. it was fragrant, silky, with melt-in-your-mouth textures. there hasnāt been many pork dishes that impressed me, but this made the list.
unassuming yet packs a punch. kudos to the chef for a perfect batter-to-seaweed ratio. then fried to crisp, this would be the snack iāll be munching on over a chill session.
firstly, impeccable presentation. relish your first bite of a medley of minced raw tuna, wasabi mayo, seaweed, white & green negi served on a freshly baked garlic toast. creamy, robust and a pleasure to the tastebuds. a must-order the next time iām back. if this was made in canapĆ© form in an event, youāll not see me leave the tray.
