It's sold frozen in shell, but the texture was great seemed like fresh! Sous vide and finished off in the pan. It's sold in the freezer section at $10/100g. This was 460g at $46. 6 inch solid meat! Cooking and service free with smiles! We let Gene sort us out for 4 pax and had a bottle of wine and he stayed open for us and some regulars.

Carvers & Co. Pop-Up at the CBD at 18 North Canal Road, while their space at East Coast undergoes deconstruction till early November.

You can get speciality coffee as early as 7am and gourmet sandwiches ($9.90) from 11am until 4pm on weekdays. I am going to take a big bite at their signature gammon ham sandwich ($12.90 coffee + sandwich set U.P. $14.90) now. Pre-orders for the festive holidays are available at Carvers & Co.
