The overall cafe environment is suitable for a nice tea time / brunch. You can have a chat with your friends and family, but not too loud 😂 the table is just next to one another, if speak too loud, people might heard what you’re talking about 😂

The waffle is crispy outside, but soft inside.

Another new addition to the menu, I ordered because well, eggs. I love how everything on the plate stands out on its own – the chick pea ratatouille is a little spicy and sweet, the hummus is salty and creamy, while the chicken scotch eggs are very flavourful and super crispy – must be from the Parmesan crust.

What’s brunch without eggs Benedict? The Good Batch’s new menu sees an upgrade on the dish with slow-cooked braised duck and crispy duck bits. The duck is super tasty and the poached eggs are cooked to perfection! Gotta love the twist to the hollandaise – there’s chipotle added for extra zing and the charred onion rings served on the side for some sweetness.

Today’s flavour sees pumpkin; creamy and sweet pumpkin soup that serves as a great starter. Each bowl comes with a side of toasted garlic bread and you can have extra (RM3 per slice) if you need more to soak up the soup.

Stumbled upon The Good Batch one fine night and decided to try it. There were four of us. We ordered a plate of this Nutella pockets, a plate of peanut butter brownies and a slice of some earl grey cake. I think this Nutella pocket stood out the most to me - I ended up finishing the whole plate of it! I loved how the Nutella pockets were warm, and paired with the cold vanilla ice cream.. it felt so nice. I want to come back for this 😍
