Matcha pancakes with azuki beans, chantilly, mochi, strawberries, black sesame ice cream, served with
Okinawa brown sugar syrup

Aloe lychee chunks, pomelo sago, brewed tea.
Ice cold and very refreshing! 💕

You can see from the photo that the amount of crayfish we were served is a little generous. Every bite is guaranteed to have a piece of crayfish in it. Cruncyy and the sauce was appetizing. Some spiciness coming with it (not warned in the menu) so do take note if you have 0 tolerance to spiciness.

Angel hair topped with smoked salmon, both served cold which is a more unique and tantalising to your taste buds. Staff here at GW were great too. Shoutout to the manager Samantha for her excellent service
