Suuuuper sweet, it kinda just tasted like really sweet honey lemon juice. I don’t find it that worth the price but nice presentation.

Chicken is bussin. The skin is really crisp while the meat is juicy. My friend said the coleslaw was great too.
🍟Fries with Meat Sauce & Egg ($6.90)
The standout dish of the night, this is basically bolognese but instead of spaghetti, the carbs are fries. The egg was flowy and the sauce was savoury. Because of the nature of the dish, the fries do get soggy fast, which is the downside, but price wise pretty worth it.
🍄Fried Chicken Chop w/ Mushroom Cream Penne ($10.90)
I found the penne to be really creamy but a little underwhelming. The penne had a bit of an odd, slightly firm texture, and the sauce was a little on the blander side. It was pretty milky but nothing great. My friend who ordered this wasn’t a fan.
🍝Fried Chicken Chop w/ Salted Egg Spaghetti ($10.90)
Yes I ordered this because I decided that good health is for the weak. The fried chicken chop is pretty dang solid, its tender and crispy and juicy. The salted egg spaghetti was bussin too, the salted egg taste was very prominent and impressed my salted egg obsessed-self.

Best known for their fried chicken wings amd barbecue chicken wings, the former has a crisp light golden batter with a juicy crunch, while the latter has a sticky smoky marinade with a moist tender bite.

Their chicken wings have lovely meaty savoury sweet spice flavour, perfect for snacking or as a side dish. Some stalls have a dipping sauce of garlic lime chili for pairing, shiok.

I was really surprised by how delicious this side was! I had no idea meat sauce, cheese and mayo would go so well together😍 The fries tasted like normal shoestring fries, but the sauce tasted like a cheeseburger🍔 It does get a little jelak, but eating this with the plain fried chicken is a perfect match😋

✨Half Spring Chicken✨
This was a really filling meal, especially since it was half a chicken for one person! The first bite was juicy and crispy, but when it reaches the middle, it gets a little dry and tough to chew. There wasn’t any sauce provided to add flavour either. If you want some authentic chicken with no extra flavouring added, order this! Maybe share it with a friend as it gets plain just eating one chicken for dinner🐓

I actually preferred this over the famous fried chicken😜 This had a sauce for the chicken, but it is slightly watery. The chicken chop was tender and did not feel dry at all. Every meal also has a slice of garlic bread, but it was a little too soggy for me. I recommend sharing a few dishes among friends to try different kinds of chicken😚

Tenderfresh Classic (Cheong Chin Nam) has come up with a new creative fusion menu priced affordably and one of the dishes that i like is the Assam Otah Fettuccine. It is certainly spicy but as a spice lover i totally embrace it. The fragrance of the assam otah shines in this dish, and fused with fettuccine pasta. Definitely a unique and satisfying combination!

The signature Fried Spring Chicken here is marinated for 24 hours with their secret spices and cooked fresh on the spot upon order; no wonder it tasted so yummy! The golden brown skin was very crispy while the meat was so juicy and filled with the fragrance of the spices. Served with a side of coleslaw and fries.

This time round tried their prawn salad with oriental sauce and crab salad with honey mustard sauce. They were disappointment... prawn salad was too spicy for me and the crab salad was too bland! Should have sticked to their satay sauce chicken salad.

This has got to be the prettiest Tenderfresh outlet in Singapore with faux trees growing out of my table and whatnot!
I tend to come here pretty late, around 10pm. They're still open but many food items are usually out of stock by then. Only fried chicken available and drinks. If you're lucky, they'll fry a new batch of chicken instead of re-heating leftovers.
This is not the usual crispy fries but more like the Canadian poutine albeit without cheese curds. The straight cut fries were drenched with savory chicken meat sauce and topped with a runny egg. Sinfully tasty. A great dish to share or devour on my own 😁!
