Out of the 3 sweet editions desserts that we tried, this is my favourite. Shaped as a bamboo, the yuzu taste in the dessert is strong with a mild matcha flavour. Sweetness level is just right too. Cute presentation!
For the coconut lovers ๐ฅฅ๐
This coconut black sesame ($7) has a mochi centre. Although there is some black sesame taste, this was largely masked by the coconut flavour. Black sesame lovers would be better off enjoying the black sesame ice cream (see previous review).
Those with a sweet tooth would enjoy the ๐ช๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ ($๐ณ)!
If you have extra room for desserts, do try the ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐น๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ($๐ญ๐ฐ.๐ด๐ฌ). The matcha pancake with azuki beans, chantilly, mochi, strawberries and black sesame ice cream served with okinawa brown sugar syrup. Black sesame flavour is intense ๐

TCC nailed the texture with itโs luscious and soft interior, encased by a โDOing DOingโ pudding-like skin. โบ๏ธ The savouriness of the caramel does an excellent job in highlighting the bitterness and aroma of the coffee due to the contrasting flavours. I also enjoyed the pairing of coffee and chocolate ganache within the tart! ๐ซ

The tart could be more buttery and less dry though, because it did not manage to hold the entire tart very well. Everything started to crumble quite badly. ๐ญ The bitter decorative chocolate could be less sweet too to bring out even more aroma of other elements.

Itโs be great to educate staffs on basic maintenance of the food such as how long it can be kept too!!

3.75โญ We ordered 3 pasta & 1 breakfast. I had the breakfast plate and the rest ordered pasta dish. The food quality at TCC is not bad and by utilising Klook 1 for 1 voucher, we only paid $60 for $110 worth of food.
