The Classic Churros ($11++) were acceptable, bite sized & convenient to share. Served hot & crunchy on the outside, with plenty of chocolate for dipping.

Wasn't a huge fan of the Berenjenas Con Miel ($16++) - these eggplant chips were very oily even though the batter is fairly light... & honestly quite ordinary.
Of course, I'm not a huge fan of fried food to begin with.. So you might discount my opinion a little. But I found this just o-kay.

The Calamares Fritos ($16++) was bit tough (probably over-cooked), & not actually crispy as they advertised… But this fried squid appetizer was made better with the sauce & a squeeze of lemon. Passable, but I’ve had better elsewhere.

Ensalada Deaguacate ($16++) is a nice option for the vegetarians. A bed of spicy arugula (one of my favourite salad leaves) with crunchy radish & pine nuts! The olives gave a nice briney surprise in some bites, contrasting with the creamy & sweet avocado that melts in your mouth.
Tossed in a light vinaigrette, this was a refreshing salad, & I unexpectedly found myself reaching for seconds.

The Salmorejo ($16++) was indicated as a vegetarian dish on their menus - in both the main menu & set lunch menu.... But was served with MEAT smack in the middle. What's up with that man, Tapas Club..... Not cool. (My boss is a strict vegetarian.)
That notwithstanding, this was delightful to slurp on. Ordered it because “cold, Spanish-style tomato soup” sounded intriguing, & it was. Yes, it's served cold - that was somewhat refreshing to me. It was had a unique light & fluffy texture, a whipped frothy goodness. Delicious & addictive, I couldn't stop slurping.
But yeah, Tapas Club, please fix your menu & don't represent this as a vegetarian dish if you don't intend to serve it as one, by default.

I wouldn't consider the Cabecero Ibérico A La Plancha Y Salsa Chimichurri ($36++) photogenic, but this was by far the best dish of the meal. Tender iberico pork collar, well-seasoned, & enjoyable across the board. Paired well with the acidity & herbaceous of the Chimichurri, too! Would totally order this again.
This is an option on their set lunch menu, too. Set lunches are priced at $21.90++ for a starter & main, with an optional add-on of $3++ for dessert.
