The experienced butchers at Swiss Butchery can recommend a cut for your beef and provide personalised services to dry age your meat for 28 days.
They have also recently launched the Casus Grill which is made from bamboo and uses charcoal as fuel. It is lined with lava stone that retains heat and reduces the risk of burn.
The grill can be made ready in 5 minutes after lighting up the charcoal and it is able to retain heat for 60 minutes or more.
So now you can have the convenience of getting your meat supplies and your grill all at the same place! .
