Tampopo (Oasis Terraces)

The original was already slightly spicy, so I was really looking forward to the chili version. And yes it really hit the right spot. Full bodied spicy Tonkotsu soup was absolutely delicious. I slurped up every drop and wanted more. Koumi pork rib was 👍🏻. I hope this new dish is permanently on their menu.

This was a new item, and since I didn’t want to eat ramen, this seemed perfect. I didn’t like it. Too bland for me. And the rice was on the soggy side, which meant zero wok hei. I think the colorful vege will appeal to kids. At least the koumi pork rib was yummy.

This was free, thanks to their 1 for 1 deal. The pork Katsu was juicy, with a bit of fat on 1 side. I dunno what burnt miso was supposed to taste like, but this was just salty. Noodles were springy thou, and I liked the seaweed.

They were having 1 for 1! What a great deal! The soup was fabulous. Creamy and flavorful. One of the best tonkotsu soup I’ve ever tasted. Slightly spicy with the chili flakes. Ribs were good. Well marinated and not dry. This one was a bit on the fatty side. One of my favorite ramen

Service was terrible that day, there were not greeting compare to Takashimaya outlet. We were queueing to wait for seat for almost 15 to 20 mins. Hubby went in and found many seat available and spoke to a staff to assist us but still too slow. The food standard is not the same as well, will not return to this branch.

Love the black pig tonkatsu set here, but their ramen is good as well! Healthy tasting broth that goes well with its crispy cutlets. A little on the pricier side though!
