Swee Heng Bakery (504 Jurong West)

I've discovered that yam and chicken floss seems to be a very popular bread combo, but it sounded quite odd to me to combine the two. Still, my heart belongs to any kind of floss bread so I decided to try it out.

The yam and chicken floss went surprisingly really well together, like pineapple on pizza (yes I will forever be a proud supporter of pineapple on pizza, thank you very much. Odd, yes, but IT WORKS) and the fillings are really well distributed and rather generous! I was shooketh.

What once sounded like a strange combination to me is now one that I will actively look out for when I go bread shopping. I declare that I have been converted to a yam-floss combo worshipper 👏👌

Peanut and salted bean flavour for the red and black ones. Skin was not too thick, filling was quite generous too. Both the flavours were just right!
