This bread is pretty simple but really good! The cross section doesn't look super wow but the flavours are definitely there, with a nice amount of crispy parmesan cheese on top of the bun and a bit of melty cheese inside the bun. It's not too salty and slightly sweet from the mayo thing on top.
A really good, classic bread!

Hoping for cubes of cheese inside the bread like the walnut cheese but didn’t have. Only had a thin layer of cheese on top. Black sesame seeds scattered throughout the bread, which had a delightful chewy texture much like naan.
I initially thot the walnut and cheese were just on the top, like their custard cheese bun. Pleasantly surprised to find cheese cubes and walnuts embedded inside as well. Quite generous too. Very worth it. A light scattering of sugar on top made this bun slightly sweet. The bread looked like the wheat/multigrain type. Highly recommended.
Not sure why it was purple and where the chia seeds were, but the walnuts were really nice. Not the mini tiny bits, big enough that I could actually chew on them and feel the crunch. Nice to use for sandwich or just nibble on its own.
My whole kitchen smelled of durian after I reheated it. The amt of durian cream was not bad. Mixed with the melted mochi, it was really nice. A bit too sweet but durian was very fragrant. The polo top was a nice touch.
The mochi was more smooth and sticky than chewy, but then I bought this for the peanut butter. Pleased to see that they used the crunchy type. This was really nice. I’ll buy again.
