Sushiro (Suntec City)

I was introduced to engawa and it's quickly gone up my favourites. Separately, I also heard it's rare at Sushiro but very popular. I managed to get it this time and it's so good.

I forgot how this tasted and tried again, and I'm reminded it's very ordinary hahaha.

Limited-time item. Aka yellow rockfish. The idea of this is already a winner. I reordered hahaha.

Limited-time item. I don't really like udon but I like clam. Turned out it's super vongole hahaha. Strong clammy and garlicky taste. Enjoyable if not for the udon.

i grew up enjoying the idea of sushi conveyor belts - so this was a reminder of my childhood :) if only it could be a little less pricey.

I do believe I will be quitting sushi belts soon. The prices have risen so much while quality has fallen. It just doesn’t make sense to pay $40+ per pax when there are other places with beautiful don sets for less. I will miss you, sushi belts
