It's not scone at all, just looks the part? It's the same bread as the pork floss bun but slightly better.
Less pork floss than breadtalk, the bread wasn't as good also. By a significant margin. This was average at best, if not for the blobs of mayo cream? In the bun itself
Classic Hong Kong style polo Bun with a slab of cold butter. Quite authentic in their Hong Kong cha can teng game. The Hong Kong milk tea also had the right amount of tartness and milkiness to it. Quite cheap for a polo Bun. Come during tea time for a polo Bun and milk tea set!
Just a traditional French toast dipped in egg and pan fried topped with a slab of butter! Gotta try it to know how good it is😋
Ubiquitous, but I bought here hoping for some Hong Kong magic. Although okay, it's not different from most bakeries.
The pastry crust was thin which makes it easier to focus on the egg custard. The egg tart ($1.60) wasn't too sweet though it didn't leave me craving for more. Lots of variety of bread available too, shall come back to try one day.
