tried the Green Tea Bingsu ($12.50), and i must say i've tried better ones. the Green Tea flavour wasn't thorough in the shaved ice, and we ended up eating just plain ice with condensed milk at the bottom. would have been better if it was green tea flavoured ice instead of just green tea powder on the top!
It's a huge size dessert. Shaved ice at bottom, mixed with mango jam and milk. Topping are sweet mangos and soft ice cream. Must try.
Topped with a milk soft serve, this melon bingsu was meh. Melons were not sweet maybe because its not the season. Should have picked the green tea one instead. PS. I couldnt wait to take a scoop of the icecream
Despite the visual distractions offered by the veiny green dress, the Marge Simpson hairdo and the admittedly entertaining juggling of orange balls, inevitable is the realisation that the so-named snow milk that lies beneath has as much personality as those fake accounts with zero posts and two/three-sentence bios with buzzwords like "fanatic", “bacon”, “music” and “coffee” that you find when you browse through the likes of people who paid for them. 3.2/5

There was an abundance of black sesame which I loved. The red bean paste and milk was served separately. It was messy but we had so much fun decorating and eating the Bingsu.
Monster will be back to create his own Bingsu!
