Coconut mille feuille topped with chocolate ganache avocado cream, and mango apricot compote with half sphere of white chocolate. Comes with a cup of tea!

Pan roasted turkey served with sides such as pumpkin, carrots and asparagus

Smoked duck breast with portobello mushroom and freshly mashed pumkin soup.

Pan seared barramundi fillet served on a bed of mushed potato and chardonnary sauce together with raw spinach.

Ordered the black cod as the main course for our 3-course menu. It was our first sky dining experience and the food took us away, it was great! :) One down-side for this wonderful experience though was the persistent haze creeping in our cabin. Also, the cabin isnt that bright so when it got darker it was quite difficult to see.

I know it's not food, but great to see this while dinning :)
