Have been coming to Pulau Ubin very often due to works on the island, so lunch usually would settled on the island itself.
Coming back to this family restaurant for their fried beehoon. Again it doesn’t disappoint me with the taste. Cooked with lots of ingredients and enough wok hey.
While they served individual set of rice or noodle, they also served tze char items cater for big group of people.
We gotten the vegetable dish with this sambal kangkong, which cooked with lots of fried garlic.
When you can’t travel oversea, Pulau Ubin will become the only few places in Singapore that you can escape the busy city for awhile.
If you staying on the island for the whole day and looking for some food to gain back your energy to continue your journey, Sin Lam Huat is one of the restaurants available on the island.
Managed by only 2 sisters here, so do give lots of patience especially during peak lunch hours. I waited for almost 1 hour only to get our foods served.
But the wait for a totally worth it, I really enjoyed their seafood fried rice with generous ingredients and wok hey. Truly a home cook style of Chinese foods you can find here.
A lil pricey but it's good for 3 to share! It's a bread bowl of oozy cheese and cream sauce with fried chicken around it. The waiter will cut up the bread bowl in front of you so make sure to take a picture before he does it!
This has got to be my Favourite bread place! The bread came piping hot from the oven and was really heavy. Only when I sank my teeth into it do I realise that it's really 真材实料!
