Rlly tasteless version. There's hardly any taste to the soup, much less any sauerkraut flavour
The pork belly is insanely umami, giving the whole dish a superbly strong savouriness. Needless to say, it's suspicious and my lips were cracking an hour later.
Can't deny it's delicious, but oily and not enough wok hei at all
