Enjoying the Hiyashi-Chuka Soba (cold ramen), which is a popular dish served during summer in Japan. Contains generous servings of cucumber, tomatoes, ham, naruto beansprouts and freid omelette. Add the garlic flakes and some mustard paste for a taste of oomph.
