Shenton Way Power Stall (Ayer Rajah Food Centre)

Chilling out at my favourite neighbourhood and having a plate of mee goreng (non-spicy) and kambing (mutton) soup at Ayer Rajah Food Centre, after running errands all-day today. This hawker centre is my family’s go-to place whenever we are craving for Muslim food. The fried noodles from Shenton Way Power Stall, in brilliant orangey-red is slightly charred and extremely flavourful loads with cabbage, potatoes, onions, bean sprouts, fried eggs and mutton.
