Sangkaya fans may now rejoice for this trendy and popular coconut ice cream is now available in Bangsar! The prices and menu are no different from the other branches. Although there are other ice cream parlours in the area, Sangkaya definitely stands out when it comes to their well-recognised coconut ice cream served in a coconut shell - not to mention free flow toppings! If you're looking for something different, go for their Thai milk tea ice cream.

Had this for the first time and I totally get the hype! It's just the right creaminess, coconut taste definitely noticeable, very refreshing. For the largest choice, it comes with 4 scoops of ice cream, 3 toppings, and some coconut flesh on the bottom. The ice cream scoops although were small, but they were really packed so there's actually more than you think! The toppings I chose were coconut flakes, corn, and chopped peanuts. Went really well together! Definitely coming back for more!

I have been wanting to try this for a while now. There was this one time that I actually went to the Subang outlet but there was a long line, so I went somewhere else instead.

One fine night, I was supposed to satisfy my pancakes craving but it was sadly closed. They had new opening hours that I didn't know of, so off to Bangsar I went, since we were already around the area. We contemplated between Eat Me and Sangkaya and somehow ended up in Sangkaya.

I wanted to get the cone one, but since I was sharing with my cousin, we bought the bowl one and she ordered everything. I honestly have no idea what they're called but they were good!

I am quite a simple person when it comes to my ice creams though so I'm going to come back to check out the normal cone ones 😋
