I am not sure if I am weird but I don't usually eat kway chap in the morning. There's just something weird about having pig innards just after you get out of bed.
But if you really have to, Sembawang Kway Chap is a really good choice. I like that their innards have a very "clean" taste. There is none of the 'gamey' or gunky aftertaste you can get from pig innards which have not been "cleaned" properly. The braising sauce is also on the lighter and subtle side, making it perfect for a morning meal.
Not Even 11am And We're told that we're just in time for the last plate of Kway Chap!.
